A little chess.
A different kind of puzzle.

You control falling squads of three or four chess pieces. Leave room for the next formation and use the pieces you place to make captures.

  1. Place your squad

Move and rotate a formation. Use the ghost guide to line up its landing before you drop.

  2. Make a capture

Eligible pieces capture using chess movement patterns. Plan around both colors and watch for counter-captures.

  3. Clear some space

Fill a row to clear it. Build capture streaks for more points and keep the stack below the top.

Do I need to know chess?

No opening theory required. You place falling formations, and the game resolves captures. The piece guide covers the capture patterns, including pawns, which capture downward for both colors.
