Credits

Falling Chess combines original falling formations with chess captures. We built the browser game with Godot and the website with static HTML and CSS.

Gameplay art

The website shows an unchanged capture from the game. Pixel Chess v1.1 artwork is copyright onepixelmore, used under a commercial asset license. The license does not permit redistribution of the source asset pack. Website artwork contains flattened gameplay, not standalone licensed sprites.

Typography

Jersey 25, copyright 2023 The Soft Type Project Authors, uses the SIL Open Font License 1.1. We self-host the font. Read its full license.

The game also uses Jersey 10, Pixelify Sans and Noto Sans Symbols 2 under the SIL Open Font License. HackerNoon created the game’s pixel icons, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.

Game notices

Third-party notices and game license paths provide the bundled game credits. Website icons use an original geometric formation mark. The Royal Arcade website implementation is original; we do not redistribute the internal design-comparison template.
