FALLING CHESS

Terms of play

These terms describe use of the Falling Chess browser preview. Last updated: 6 September 2026.

Playing the preview

You can play in a supported browser without creating an account. The browser preview does not enable purchases. Mobile apps remain in development; this page does not promise an app-store release date.

We may update the preview or interrupt it for maintenance. Browser storage holds your local progress, so clearing it or changing devices can remove that progress. We do not provide accounts or cloud saves. Network failures can interrupt online matches.

Fair play

Do not submit fabricated scores, interfere with another player’s match, attempt unauthorized access or overload the service. Choose leaderboard initials that do not reveal personal contact details or impersonate someone. We may remove abusive or invalid entries and restrict requests that disrupt play.

Game assets

You may use the game to play. The game, artwork, fonts and other assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Playing does not grant permission to extract and redistribute licensed assets. See Credits and licenses.

Privacy and external links

The privacy notice explains data use and unresolved release requirements. Optional analytics needs a separate choice in the game; accepting these terms or browsing the site does not opt you in. See Your data rights for controls and request information.

Links to Sliday and service providers take you to external websites with their own terms and privacy practices. We will publish updated terms here when the service changes.
